Make Your Own Pasta

Here is a delicious paleo recipe to start off your week.  Suitable for vegans too!

  • 140g of pasta flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 egg white

In a food processor or bowl, mix together the pasta flour and the eggs until it looks to be balling together. It shouldn’t be dry of gooey.

Knead for about a minute and then wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for about an hour.

Either put the pasta into a pasta roller or use two sheets of greaseproof paper to roller it out yourself.

This fresh, egg pasta can be boiled and eaten straight away or used to make ravioli.
