Miso-Tahini Dressing

You can find everything you need for this delicious recipe at Heart Space Whole Foods on Exchange Street. We have an amazing new range of Miso paste in. This paste is LIVE and has not been pasteurised. If you use it in dressings you get all that probiotic goodness. The good news about live foods is that some people with intolerance can handle the product when naturally fermented. This dressing is great on gently steamed Kale! Yum!
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 3/4 Cup Tahini (light)
  • 3 TB Shoyu/Tamari
  • 3 TB Lemon Juice
  • 1 TB Miso or more to taste
  • 1 TB Cilantro (optional)
  • 2 tsp Maple syrup/honey/coconut nectar
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne

Mix all ingredients together in a blender or mix together thoroughly until miso is incorporated. Add more water to get the desired consistency.
