Zucchini Hummus


Zucchini is a courgette! At Heart Space Whole Foods we have a great selection of Organic Courgettes for you to use for noodles and dishes all year through. Here is another great idea for those of you who can’t stomach chickpeas…

Zucchini Hummus

  • 1 Peeled and chopped Courgette
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 Tahini
  • 1 TB Olive Oil
  • 2 TB Crushed Garlic
  • Dash Paprika
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Blend Lemon and tahini together until combined in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. You will need to scrape down the sides to get an even mix. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
