Heart Space Whole Foods is all about being HEALTHFUL.
There is no nutritional information on this website. If we eat real, whole food, in quantities that satisfy us, there is no need to niggle over the number of calories we eat and what percentage of them are fats or carbohydrates.
The idea is simple: eat more whole, nutrient-rich foods like vegetables, seafood, meat, nuts and fruits. Also, try to avoid stuff that tends to be more harmful than healthful- like processed or added sugars, seed oils, and grains.
Heart Space Whole Foods wants to see a return to traditional cooking methods, the slow-cooked and well-prepared foods like your granny used to make. Rather than taking supplements, we want people to get their nourishment from food that is nutrient-rich and varied. Many traditional and international foods are gluten-free and gut friendly, and have been developed over hundreds of years; we want to share this knowledge and these methods with you.
Processed foods are almost always made with cheap, unpronounceable, bad-for-you additives, hydrolysed oils, chemical preservatives, high fructose corn syrups. These industrially processed foods are usually more harmful than healthful.
