You may have seen in the press (BBC News) over the last couple of days that the recommendation for health but also for environmental health is that we aim for at least one day per week of having a vegetable/plant based meal. At Heart Space Whole Foods, we have a huge range of veg for you to get busy with! To make life simpler, we are going to be posting some Simple Side dishes for you. Simple ingredients, tasty results. For the main part of the meal, you can mix it up with some of out nut loaves, vegan “thai fish” style cakes and many more!
