- 1 Cup Coconut Sugar / Brown Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 Cup Oil (coconut melted/grapeseed/sunflower)
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/3 Cup peanuts
Preheat the over to 180 Degrees and get a 9″ baking tin lined with baking paper.
Mix all wet ingredients together in a bowl with a fork until the peanut butter is incorporated in to everything. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients and then add to the wet. Mix until a dough forms. Pour out onto the prepared baking try and press some of the peanuts into the top.
Bake for 25 minutes for some super gooey and soft Blondie!
