You can enjoy dates as a snack on their own or use them to cook with. We like to blend them up and use them in baking to cut processed sugar out of the recipe. It’s always good to have that extra fibre. Dates make such a versatile dessert on their own or combine with chocolate for some indulgence.
Raw Chocolate Sauce
- 12 Medjoul Dates
- 1 Cup Water (Filtered if possible)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 TB Cocoa Powder
Place all ingredients into a food processor or in a measuring jug with immersion blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Store in the fridge.
